NEXT MASTERS PROGRAM

Due to the many translations and abundant study material produced by the Masters Program 1998-2004, the next cycle, which will begin mid-January 2008, will be reduced to five years of study:

Sutra

Mid-January 2008 to mid-March 2009:
Ornament for Clear Realizations (Abhisamayalamkara)

Mid-March 2009 to mid-July 2010:
Supplement to the 'Middle Way' (Madhyamakavatara)

Mid-September 2010 to mid-July 2011:
Treasury of Manifest Dharma (Abhidharmakosha)

Tantra

Mid-September 2011 to mid-March 2012: Grounds and Paths of Secret Mantra

Mid-March 2012 to mid-December 2012: Guhyasamaja Tantra

Final Exam and Retreat
The study program will be followed by several months of preparation for a final comprehensive exam and a one-year retreat, a mandatory requirement to receive the final Masters Certificate.

Tibetan Language Course
As the students who managed to learn scriptural Tibetan during the Masters Program 1998-2004 found this to be of great advantage to their studies, an optional three-month intensive Tibetan language course will be offered prior to the next Masters Program from mid-September to mid-December 2007.

Please check this site in 2006 for more precise details about the curriculum, schedule, costs, applying, etc.
